NEWSARTSAKHWORLD - The ArCNews project is aimed at reducing this information shortage by delivering news about Artsakh to a wider audience in a straight line from the Nagorno Karabakh Republic's capital city of Stepanakert. First of all, we intend to publish news digests from Artsakh's major newspapers and magazines, which will be then complimented by additional materials covering various aspects of Artsakh's everyday life. In the future, we plan to add analytical materials and provide discussion forums that would focus on the development of Artsakhi civilization in the 21st century.
